Working in Corporate America
Do you work from HM ? Do you go into the office ? WFH has it been effective ? Give me your thoughts ?
I WFH 90% and have conflicts about it. I love basically being my own boss but I do miss the interaction with my peers. One can get cabin fever sometimes. In addition, when you are WFH always one can fall into not getting dress all day and not going to the gym - Being Lazy... - Just an opinion :0)
I WFH. It definitely has it's benefits. I save on gas, I carpool because of it and the savings for clothing is cheaper. However, I will say that I don't think I could telecommute 100% of the time because I would miss the interaction with fellow colleagues.
